Dementia is scary and isolating for both the person with Dementia and their loved ones.
Safety is a top priority for the loved ones of people with Dementia. Our care and support team are trained to maintain a safe environment, encourage social interaction and mind-stimulating activities, and manage changing behaviour.
We encourage activities such as spending time in the garden or going for a walk to increase independence which will always triumph over isolation and a lack of stimulation. We will match our care and support team with each client based on shared interests and compatibility so that they can build a good relationship. We will provide continuity of care with the same care and support team visiting so that its always a familiar face.
Our Dementia care service also provides the opportunity for a break for loved ones who provide around the clock supervision.
